Amruta has exclusively practiced family law since her call to the bar. Her practice covers a broad range of family law issues, including high conflict parenting disputes, child and spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, and tort and trust claims.
Amruta’s undergraduate studies in sociology and child psychology have helped her develop an appreciation for various social, cultural and economic factors that influence interpersonal dynamics within families. She understands that practicing law is both a responsibility and a privilege and wants to help families and children in a manner that protects their dignity and emotional well-being.
Amruta enjoys writing and her articles have appeared in the Law Society of Ontario’s CPD materials and Thomson Reuters’ Money & Family Law. Outside of the office, Amruta enjoys sewing and is a keen, if not skilled, potter.
